Crystal & Reiki Session Crystal healing is a holistic, non-invasive, vibrational-based practice that works with the subtle energy field of the body. Crystals may be placed on or around the client’s body, sometimes in intentional geometric arrangements. These crystals are intended to provide an experience of self-reflection and awareness of personal energy. Reiki is a form of alternative energy practice developed in 1922 by Mikao Usui of Japan. During a session, the practitioner gently places their hands slightly above the client’s body, using traditional Reiki hand positions and symbols to support relaxation and observation of energetic patterns. Together, Reiki and crystal practice create a complementary approach that is designed to facilitate reflection and perception of personal energetic patterns, offering an opportunity to explore self-awareness and harmony between mind, body, and spirit.
